_executive PM

Starting point

You lead several project managers, are a project client/sponsor, Chief Project Officer or have overall responsibility for the most important projects in your company.

But if you're honest, your project management skills could do with a refresher.

Goals

  • Jointly defined learning objective
  • Selection of GPM competence elements

_conflict management

Starting point

Somehow you are exhausted by the project. It's not that difficult from a factual point of view, but conflicts put a strain on the collaboration.

Wherever people work together in projects, conflicts inevitably arise. Professional conflict management in projects is therefore a critical factor for the success of any project.

Goals

Conflicts

  • recognize conflicts early
  • recognize appropriately
  • Analyze thoroughly
  • prevent effectively
  • resolve them successfully.
  • confident use of the project management conflict canvas with depth

_negotiation management

Starting point

Your company is currently negotiating with customers to conclude a project or an intensive negotiation phase is imminent. I can refresh the theoretical basics of negotiations with you and set up a negotiation process that is suitable for your company. You will then be ideally equipped to reach a successful and workable conclusion.

My focus is on the negotiation of major projects with several weeks of negotiations, various streams, some of which run in parallel, and a large number of participants in an international context at the customer's premises abroad. The theoretical principles are universally applicable, even if it is, for example, a rather small negotiation with a supplier in your project.

We then jointly adapt the negotiation process to your needs.

Goals

Your negotiation process in 50 days. The negotiation process includes, among other things:

  • coordinated role definitions and escalation paths
  • Helpful templates for preparation and follow-up
  • Tools for tracking changes, action items, critical items and document exchange
  • Interface to risk and opportunity management
  • good governance that involves all stakeholders appropriately
  • clear objectives and performance monitoring that align the negotiation team
  • progress tracking
  • Lessons learned for other projects too

_crash course project submarine

Starting point

You enjoy project management and want to work on an exciting case study in a team. You want to get started in project management or brush up on the essentials. This should not be dry, but active and challenging.

Goals

  • Fast, interesting introduction to project management
  • Independent, moderated self-study online
  • Team building and joint development of a basic understanding of PM in one day live

_risk workshop

Starting point

The risk list in the project doesn't really work: there's a lot in there, but somehow you don't know why you should list the problems twice and how you should involve the project team and the line.

Goals

Procedure:

  • Collection and evaluation of existing materials and risk management plan/guideline
  • Implementation 2-day live workshop

Results:

  • Difference between problems and risks
  • Identify, analyze, evaluate, mitigate and monitor risks in the project
  • Improved/initial risk list for your project that you are happy to work with
  • an (improved) concept for the risk management process for your project and company
