I analyze the existing maturity and recommend priorities to structure, improve and develop the project management processes.
I bring a number of ready-made and proven processes with me, so that a quick process design with a guideline can be carried out quickly. We then adapt, review, approve and train this together. The processes are based on the IPMA standard, if desired.
