_ The project team is overloaded and full of conflicts
After individual interviews with the project team, I analyze the strengths and weaknesses. If necessary, I recommend a new organizational form and roles and/or revise these together with the team.
I establish simple team meetings with practicable dashboards and resolve one conflict after another (conflicts of objectives, role conflicts, resource conflicts, assessment conflicts, relationship conflicts). I use the conflict canvas I developed for this purpose, for example.
