"Most employees leave a company/project due to conflicts. By then it is usually too late. Conflict prevention and resolution is a key success factor in projects. My own handling of conflicts as a project manager (rarely exemplary) has also led me to delve deeper into this area. In addition to the ""usual"" training, I have developed a conflict canvas, which works particularly well for relationship projects. I also like to use this conflict canvas in my consulting role."
