Stabilization of a project

... stabilize a project and/or rescue it from a crisis

"The project flows through my hands like fine sand. I can't grasp it."" Project managers who say this have recognized that they are in a crisis. An imbalance could not be sustainably remedied and, despite a great deal of activity, the project is without control. Regardless of whether agile or classic.

Based on the situation analysis with a focus on an assessment of a possible imbalance/crisis, I propose recommendations for action in the structure of IPMA. These recommendations are evaluated and prioritized with you according to cost/benefit. We then decide together which recommendations should be implemented first."

Together we answer the questions:
  • How do we regain our ability to act in the project?
  • The way we run the project cannot be normal. We have to change something. But what?
  • How do I manage not to lose the project team?
  • Do we have to stop or cancel the project?
  • Why did we ever start this project in the first place?
  • Nothing works anymore. How do we get out of it?
  • Why are we always working after the problems?
