I don't like the word "consulting". Many clients are hesitant to hire a consultant because they don't admit to themselves that they need support.
Support has negative connotations in this context. "I'm not too stupid" is a statement I've heard many times – even behind my back.
That's why I don't like to see myself in the role of a "consultant," but rather in the role of a "fan." Like a fan of a football team, I'm the supporter of your project.
I'm there with my expertise – especially during difficult times. Then I roll up my sleeves, take on responsibility, collaborate, and support the project team, the project manager, the PMO, and the company management.
From conducting individual workshops to implementing selected work packages to full-time interim assignments, my work makes working on the project more motivating.

We actively apply methods and techniques to your projects, always focusing on appropriate and practical applications. In addition to proven training courses, I will find the format that best suits your individual needs.
All training courses can also aim to achieve the GPM Basic Certificate or Level D certification.

_expert coaching
I wouldn't call it coaching, but that's the closest thing to what I do: I support people with their project work challenges.
I apply many principles from coaching: acting as partners on equal terms, focusing on the client's interests and their own problem-solving skills, goal orientation, voluntariness, confidentiality, and process relevance (especially the project management process).
The key difference is that I contribute my own expertise in project management, offer tips, and suggest solutions based on my own experience. While I also use methods and tools from traditional coaching, there are other experts for this. My methods and tools are those of project management.
